Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and dispatch these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
